History of Apex

Our passion – to provide expert mechanical services – is at the heart of why we founded Apex.

As seasoned veterans from several of the largest HVAC companies in the United States, we have spent decades working in many of the largest and most important buildings in Southern California working on sophisticated chillers, complex equipment, all aspects of the central plant, screw compressors, and package units.  We saw that customers’ needs are not necessarily met by large corporate structures and methodologies.

We founded Apex on the premise of partnering with our customers to meet their needs by providing leading expertise in the industry at a fair price; to do what is best for our customers’ mechanical needs;   to stand behind our work, to take no customer for granted, and to be free to expand, develop, and provide a wide variety of services to meet the needs of our partners.

With this conviction and an entrepreneurial spirit, we started Apex.  Our success thus far has proven that our vision was correct.
